Founding Sales Partner

We're looking for a commercially-driven partner to own our sales motion from the ground up. This is a commission-first role with meaningful equity upside for the right person.
- Own outbound and inbound sales motion
- Sell to therapists, coaches, compliance teams, and risk-aware organisations
- Commission-first compensation with long-term equity upside
- Remote and flexible schedule
Compensation
Commission-based with equity participation. No base salary until funding.
Commitment
1-2 hours per month. Equity or advisory grants.
Advisors

We're building relationships with experienced professionals who can provide strategic guidance on regulated markets, compliance frameworks, and enterprise sales.
- Short advisory engagements (monthly or quarterly)
- Regulatory, compliance, healthcare, or enterprise procurement experience
- Equity or advisory grants available
- Low time commitment, high strategic leverage
